What does it mean to be “prepared” for food safety challenges? On World Food Safety Day, our food safety expert Mzia Kuznetsova explains some of the challenges and opportunities for food safety preparedness, as well as some practical examples of ways that a USDA project in the Republic of Georgia is helping to promote best practices in food safety.
